Vepdegestrant (Cat No.:I044589) is an investigational selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) designed for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) breast cancer. Developed using PROTAC® technology, it targets and promotes the degradation of the estrogen receptor, aiming to overcome resistance seen with traditional endocrine therapies. Vepdegestrant has shown potent anti-tumor activity in preclinical models and is currently in clinical trials for patients with advanced or metastatic ER+/HER2- breast cancer.
