Valnivudine hydrochloride（Cat No.:I027863）is an antiviral nucleoside analog developed primarily for the treatment of herpes zoster (shingles). It is a valine ester prodrug of brivudine, designed to enhance oral bioavailability and absorption. Once administered, valnivudine is rapidly converted to brivudine, which selectively inhibits herpesvirus DNA polymerase, thereby blocking viral DNA replication.
