Upadacitinib-¹⁵N,d₂ (ABT-494-¹⁵N,d₂)(CAT: I040227) is a deuterium- and nitrogen-15-labeled form of Upadacitinib (HY-19569), a potent and selective Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 43 nM. It exhibits approximately 74-fold selectivity for JAK1 over JAK2 (IC₅₀ = 200 nM) in cytokine-driven cellular assays. This labeled compound is ideal for use as a tracer in pharmacokinetic, metabolic, and bioanalytical studies. Stable isotope labeling enhances the accuracy of quantification while preserving biological activity.
