Tunlametinib (Cat No.: I037618) is a selective, orally bioavailable MEK1/2 inhibitor developed for the treatment of cancers driven by aberrant MAPK/ERK pathway signaling, such as RAS and BRAF mutations. By inhibiting MEK, tunlametinib blocks downstream phosphorylation of ERK, suppressing tumor cell proliferation and survival. It has shown promising antitumor activity in preclinical and clinical studies, particularly in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Tunlametinib is being evaluated both as monotherapy and in combination with other targeted agents to overcome resistance and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
