TT-012(CAT: I040550) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting the microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF), a key regulator of melanocyte development and melanoma progression. TT-012 binds to dynamic MITF, disrupting its dimerization and DNA-binding capability, thereby inhibiting its transcriptional activity in B16F10 melanoma cells.
