TSHR antagonist S37b (Cat No.: I045487) is a small-molecule inhibitor of the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR), a G protein–coupled receptor that regulates thyroid hormone production and thyroid cell growth. By blocking TSHR activation, S37b reduces downstream cAMP signaling, thereby suppressing thyroid hormone synthesis and thyroid cell proliferation. It is primarily investigated for potential therapeutic applications in Graves’ disease, thyroid eye disease, and other hyperthyroid conditions. TSHR antagonist S37b is also used as a research tool to study TSHR-mediated signaling and thyroid pathophysiology.
