TMX-4116（Cat No.:I045149）is a potent, selective small-molecule degrader of casein kinase 1α (CK1α) with a DC₅₀ < 200 nM in MOLT4, Jurkat, and MM.1S cells. Derived from FPFT-2216 analogs, it achieves high target specificity while sparing proteins such as PDE6D, IKZF1, and IKZF3. TMX-4116 effectively promotes proteasomal degradation of CK1α, making it a valuable chemical probe for studying CK1α biology and its role in hematological malignancies, including multiple myeloma.
