TMX-4113(Cat No.:I045151)is a dual degrader of phosphodiesterase 6D (PDE6D) and casein kinase 1α (CK1α), designed as a chemical probe for cancer research. In MOLT4 cells, 1 µM TMX-4113 (4-hour exposure) effectively degrades both targets, and in MM.1S cells, it causes more than 50% CK1α degradation at just 40 nM. It has a molecular weight of 308.38 Da with formula C₁₂H₁₂N₄O₂S₂. TMX-4113 serves as a valuable dual-target degrader for probing PDE6D/CK1α pathways in cancer biology.
