TMX-4100(Cat No.:I045150)is a highly selective small-molecule degrader targeting phosphodiesterase 6D (PDE6D), with DC₅₀ values under 200 nM in MOLT4, Jurkat, and MM.1S cancer cell lines. It demonstrates superior proteome‑wide selectivity compared to the older degrader FPFT‑2216 and does not degrade proteins like CK1α or IKZF1/IKZF3. Notably, TMX‑4100 does not inhibit the growth of KRAS‑dependent cell lines such as MIA PaCa‑2, NCI‑H358, AGS, or PA‑TU‑8988T. Its PDE6D-targeting profile makes it a valuable chemical tool for multiple-myeloma research and related preclinical studies.
