TLX Agonist 1 (CAT: I017309) is a selective orphan nuclear receptor TLX (NR2E1) modulator with an EC50 of 1 μM and a binding affinity (Kd) of 650 nM. By enhancing TLX transcriptional repressive activity, it provides a unique tool for investigating the role of TLX in neural stem cell maintenance, neurogenesis, and brain development. TLX is also implicated in oncogenesis and metabolic regulation, making TLX Agonist 1 valuable for both neuroscience and cancer research. As one of the few available small-molecule modulators of TLX, it supports studies in nuclear receptor biology, epigenetic regulation, and CNS therapeutics.
