Tisotumab (Cat No.: I042436) is a monoclonal antibody that targets tissue factor (TF), a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in coagulation and tumor progression. It is the antibody component of tisotumab vedotin, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) used in oncology. By binding to TF, tisotumab delivers cytotoxic agents directly to cancer cells, minimizing off-target effects. This targeted therapy is especially promising in treating solid tumors such as cervical cancer. Tisotumab aids in research on tumor-targeted therapies, angiogenesis, and the role of TF in cancer biology.
