Thalidomide-NH-C10-COOH(CAT: I017369) is a synthetic thalidomide-based E3 ligase ligand–linker conjugate designed for use in PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera) development. Incorporating the cereblon (CRBN) E3 ligase-binding moiety of thalidomide with a flexible C10 alkyl-carboxylic acid linker, this bifunctional intermediate enables covalent attachment to target-binding ligands for generating novel degraders.
