TFMU-ADPr diammonium(CAT: I040325) is a fluorogenic ADP-ribosylated substrate analog incorporating a 2′,4′,5′-trifluoromethylumbelliferone (TFMU) fluorophore. Designed for biochemical assays, it serves as a sensitive probe to monitor ADP-ribosylation and its reversal by hydrolases such as macrodomains, ARH (ADP-ribosylhydrolase) family members, and other enzymes involved in ADP-ribose metabolism. Upon enzymatic cleavage, TFMU is released, emitting a fluorescent signal ideal for high-throughput screening and kinetic studies. Supplied as a diammonium salt for improved solubility and assay compatibility, TFMU-ADPr is an essential research tool for studying ADP-ribosylation pathways in cancer, inflammation, and antiviral responses.
