Tetrazine-PEG7-amine hydrochloride (Cat No.: I042391) is a heterobifunctional linker consisting of a reactive tetrazine group and a primary amine connected via a seven-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG7) spacer. The tetrazine moiety enables rapid, bioorthogonal inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reactions with strained alkene or alkyne partners, making it ideal for bioconjugation and click chemistry applications. The PEG7 chain provides flexibility, solubility, and reduced steric hindrance, while the amine allows for covalent coupling to carboxyl or activated ester groups. Its hydrochloride form enhances stability and solubility.
