Tempone-¹⁵N,d₁₆ (Cat No.: I045492) is a stable isotope–labeled nitroxide spin probe used in electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy and imaging. It contains a ¹⁵N isotope for enhanced spectral resolution and sixteen deuterium atoms (d₁₆) to reduce hyperfine broadening, improving sensitivity and signal clarity. Tempone-¹⁵N,d₁₆ is applied in studies of molecular dynamics, membrane fluidity, oxygen concentration, and redox status in biological and chemical systems.
