TCO-SS-amine(Cat No.:I045944)is a cleavable, multifunctional linker designed for bioorthogonal and controlled conjugation applications. It contains a trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group that undergoes rapid, selective inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reactions with tetrazines, enabling fast, copper-free click chemistry under biocompatible conditions. The central disulfide (SS) bond provides a redox-sensitive cleavage site, allowing reversible linkage and controlled release under reducing environments. The terminal amine group offers versatile coupling to carboxylic acids or activated esters. This reagent is particularly valuable in chemical biology, drug delivery, targeted therapeutics, and diagnostic probe development.
