TCO-PEG4-DBCO(Cat No.:I016045)is a heterobifunctional PEG linker featuring a trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group on one end and a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) on the other. The TCO moiety undergoes rapid, catalyst-free inverse-electron-demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reactions with tetrazines, while the DBCO enables copper-free strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azides.
