TBTDC（Cat No.:I044152）is a selective and brain-penetrant inhibitor of the T-type calcium channel Cav3.1, a low-voltage-activated channel involved in neuronal excitability, rhythmic firing, and sleep regulation. By blocking Cav3.1 activity, TBTDC modulates thalamocortical oscillations and has shown efficacy in reducing absence seizures and other neurological disorders characterized by abnormal burst firing.
