SU0268（Cat No.:I036746）is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of the cGAS-STING (cyclic GMP-AMP synthase–stimulator of interferon genes) signaling pathway, which plays a central role in innate immunity by detecting cytosolic DNA and initiating type I interferon responses.
