SRX3207（Cat No.:I036642）is a small-molecule inhibitor that targets the BET (bromodomain and extraterminal domain) family of proteins, which play key roles in regulating gene expression through recognition of acetylated lysines on histone tails. By selectively disrupting BET protein–chromatin interactions, SRX3207 downregulates oncogenic transcriptional programs, including c-MYC and other cancer-related genes. It has shown promising antitumor activity in preclinical models of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. SRX3207 is also being explored for its potential in modulating inflammatory responses, making it a valuable tool in cancer epigenetics and immuno-oncology research.
