SR1001(CAT: I001279) is a selective inverse agonist of the retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptors alpha (RORα) and gamma (RORγ). It acts by suppressing the activity of these nuclear receptors, which are involved in the regulation of various biological processes, including the differentiation of TH17 cells.
