SK-3-91(Cat No.:I044103)is a potent small-molecule STAT3 inhibitor that disrupts Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling, a pathway frequently hyperactivated in cancer and inflammatory diseases. It inhibits STAT3 by blocking phosphorylation, dimerization, and DNA binding, thereby suppressing transcription of genes involved in cell survival, proliferation, and immune evasion.
