(S)-Sunvozertinib (Cat No.: I045360) is the active enantiomer of sunvozertinib, a potent, selective, and irreversible inhibitor of mutant EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), including exon 20 insertion mutations commonly found in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Designed to overcome resistance to earlier-generation EGFR inhibitors, (S)-Sunvozertinib covalently binds to mutant EGFR while sparing wild-type receptors, reducing off-target effects. It demonstrates strong antitumor activity and favorable pharmacokinetics in preclinical models. (S)-Sunvozertinib is under clinical investigation for targeted therapy in EGFR-mutated NSCLC patients.
