(S)-ErSO (Cat No.: I045396) is a stereoisomer of ErSO, a small-molecule activator of the estrogen receptor (ER) stress response pathway, specifically designed to target ER-positive breast cancer cells. It rapidly induces a unique form of cellular stress called anticipatory unfolded protein response (a-UPR), leading to selective tumor cell death while sparing normal tissues. (S)-ErSO shows potent antitumor activity in preclinical models, including those resistant to standard endocrine therapies. It is under investigation as a promising therapeutic agent for aggressive, treatment-resistant ER-positive breast cancers.
