R110(Cat No.:I044176), also known as Rhodamine 110, is a highly fluorescent, non-sulfonated xanthene dye widely used in biochemical and cell-based assays. It exhibits strong green fluorescence with high quantum yield and photostability, making it ideal for use as a fluorogenic substrate or labeling reagent in enzymatic assays, particularly for proteases. Upon enzymatic cleavage of R110-conjugated peptides, the free dye is released, emitting intense fluorescence. R110 is valuable in applications such as high-throughput screening, live-cell imaging, and fluorescence-based detection, offering excellent sensitivity and minimal background interference in biological systems.
