PROTAC(H-PGDS)-7（Cat No.:I044167）is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) molecule designed to selectively degrade hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (H-PGDS), an enzyme involved in prostaglandin D<sub>2</sub> (PGD<sub>2</sub>) biosynthesis. H-PGDS is associated with inflammatory responses and allergic diseases, including asthma and atopic dermatitis. PROTAC(H-PGDS)-7 functions by recruiting H-PGDS to an E3 ubiquitin ligase, leading to its ubiquitination and subsequent degradation via the proteasome. This targeted degradation reduces PGD<sub>2</sub> levels and inflammation more effectively than enzymatic inhibition alone. It is a valuable tool for exploring novel anti-inflammatory strategies and studying H-PGDS-driven disease mechanisms.
