Propargyl-PEG2-NHS ester（Cat No.:I044571）is a heterobifunctional crosslinker featuring a propargyl (alkyne) group and an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester, connected via a PEG2 spacer. The NHS ester reacts efficiently with primary amines on proteins, peptides, or other biomolecules to form stable amide bonds. The terminal propargyl group enables bioorthogonal conjugation through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), commonly known as click chemistry.
