PFN-FP is a conjugated polyelectrolyte material, structurally related to PFN, designed for use as an electron-interface layer in organic and perovskite solar cells to enhance electron extraction and device efficiency. In addition to its role in photovoltaics, PFN-FP also functions as an active-layer material in blue OLED devices, benefiting from its favorable optoelectronic properties. It is readily processable, showing solubility in polar solvents such as water and methanol when a small amount of acetic acid is present. With its multifunctional applicability, PFN-FP is a versatile material for next-generation optoelectronic device engineering.
