PFN-FP-I is a diiodide salt derivative of PFN-FP, belonging to the conjugated polymer electrolyte (CPE) family. It serves as a multifunctional material in organic electronics, functioning either as an electron-interface layer in OLEDs, OPVs, and perovskite solar cells to enhance charge extraction efficiency, or as an active-layer material in blue OLEDs due to its favorable optoelectronic properties. The presence of strong polar ionic pendant groups imparts excellent solubility in polar solvents such as methanol and water, enabling convenient solution processing. With its dual functionality and processability, PFN-FP-I is a versatile material for next-generation optoelectronic devices.
