PDE12-IN-3（Cat No.:I019013）is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 12 (PDE12), an enzyme that negatively regulates the antiviral innate immune response by degrading 2′,5′-oligoadenylates. By blocking PDE12, this compound enhances RNase L activation, strengthening cellular antiviral defense mechanisms. PDE12-IN-3 is widely applied in virology and immunology research to study host–virus interactions and to explore therapeutic strategies against viral infections.
