Panamesine (Cat No.:I045828) is an experimental sigma receptor antagonist with high affinity for both sigma-1 and sigma-2 receptor subtypes. Originally investigated as a potential antipsychotic, it was designed to modulate dopaminergic and glutamatergic neurotransmission through sigma receptor pathways.
