ONO-8430506（Cat No.:I033895）is a potent and selective inhibitor of Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1), an enzyme that catalyzes the degradation of tryptophan to kynurenine, leading to immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment. By blocking IDO1 activity, ONO-8430506 restores T-cell function and enhances anti-tumor immune responses.
