NRX-252114 (Cat No.: I045620) is a potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor of the checkpoint kinase 1 (CHK1), a key regulator of the DNA damage response and cell cycle control. By blocking CHK1 activity, NRX-252114 disrupts homologous recombination repair, sensitizing tumor cells to replication stress and DNA-damaging agents such as chemotherapy or PARP inhibitors.
