N,N-Bis((S)-1-phenylethyl)dinaphtho[2,1-d:1′,2′-f][1,3,2]dioxaphosphepin-4-amine(CAT: L036679) is a chiral phosphoramidite ligand widely used in asymmetric catalysis. It features a rigid dinaphthodioxaphosphepin backbone and two (S)-1-phenylethyl substituents, which impart high enantioselectivity in metal-catalyzed transformations. Appearing as a white to off-white crystalline solid, it is soluble in many organic solvents and is typically employed in palladium-, copper-, or other transition-metal-catalyzed reactions, including asymmetric allylic substitution, cycloaddition, and cross-coupling.
