Neriifolin（Cat No.:R060580）is a cardiac glycoside derived from Thevetia peruviana, commonly known as yellow oleander. It acts by inhibiting Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase, thereby increasing intracellular calcium levels in cardiac myocytes, which enhances myocardial contractility. Neriifolin has been studied for its potential therapeutic effects in treating congestive heart failure and certain arrhythmias. However, it is also highly toxic, with a narrow therapeutic window, and accidental poisoning is a known risk. Its toxicity can affect the heart, gastrointestinal system, and central nervous system, requiring careful handling and medical supervision in any application.
