NEO2734（Cat No.:I033157）is a dual inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal domain (BET) proteins and histone acetyltransferases (HATs), specifically targeting CBP/p300. This dual epigenetic modulation disrupts transcriptional programs critical for cancer cell survival, including c-Myc and other oncogenes. By simultaneously inhibiting BET and HAT activity, NEO2734 impairs chromatin remodeling, gene expression, and tumor growth more effectively than single-target agents. It has shown potent antitumor activity in preclinical models of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
