MY10 (Cat No.: I045498) is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by promoting β-catenin degradation. This pathway plays a crucial role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and stem cell maintenance, and its dysregulation is linked to various cancers and fibrotic diseases. By suppressing β-catenin–dependent transcription, MY10 inhibits tumor growth and epithelial–mesenchymal transition. It is primarily used in cancer biology and regenerative medicine research to study Wnt pathway modulation and develop potential therapeutic strategies for β-catenin–driven malignancies and other Wnt-related pathological conditions.
