MY-1076(CAT: I040288) is a potent inhibitor of Yes-associated protein (YAP), a key effector of the Hippo signaling pathway involved in cell proliferation, survival, and tumorigenesis. MY-1076 promotes proteasomal degradation of YAP, leading to apoptosis and suppression of oncogenic signaling. It exhibits strong antiproliferative activity against multiple cancer cell lines, including MGC-803, SGC-7901, HCT-116, and KYSE450, with IC₅₀ values of 0.019, 0.017, 0.020, and 0.044 μM, respectively.
