Mufemilast（Cat No.:I045100）is an investigational oral phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor being developed for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases. By selectively inhibiting PDE4, Mufemilast increases intracellular cAMP levels, leading to reduced production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-17, and IFN-γ. It shows potential in treating conditions like psoriasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other immune-mediated disorders.
