MRIA9(Cat No.:I044432)is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of salt-inducible kinases (SIKs), particularly SIK2 and SIK3, members of the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) family involved in metabolic regulation, inflammation, and cancer.
