ML337（Cat No.:I008099）is a selective and potent positive allosteric modulator of muscarinic acetylcholine receptor subtype M1 (M1 mAChR), a receptor critical for cognition, learning, and memory. By enhancing M1 receptor signaling without directly activating the receptor, ML337 improves cholinergic neurotransmission while reducing off-target effects common to nonselective agonists.
