MI-3454（Cat No.:I015211）is a potent and selective inhibitor of the menin–MLL (mixed lineage leukemia) protein–protein interaction, a critical driver in MLL-rearranged leukemias. By disrupting the binding of menin to MLL fusion proteins, MI-3454 suppresses HOX gene expression and leukemogenic transcriptional programs, thereby inhibiting proliferation of leukemia cells.
