MAGL-IN-5(Cat No.:I005702)is a potent and selective inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL), an enzyme responsible for hydrolyzing 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), a key endocannabinoid. By blocking MAGL activity, MAGL-IN-5 increases 2-AG levels, enhancing cannabinoid receptor signaling and exerting analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective effects. It is widely used in studies of endocannabinoid system modulation, pain management, neurodegeneration, and inflammation. With strong selectivity over FAAH and other serine hydrolases, MAGL-IN-5 is a valuable pharmacological tool for dissecting MAGL’s role in physiological and pathological processes.
