Limertinib (Cat No.:I044568) is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) designed to target EGFR mutations, including the T790M resistance mutation commonly found in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It selectively inhibits mutant EGFR while sparing wild-type EGFR, reducing off-target effects.
