Lenalidomide-6-F（Cat No.:I044461）is a fluorinated analog of lenalidomide, a well-known immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) used in the treatment of multiple myeloma and other hematologic malignancies. By incorporating a fluorine atom at the 6-position, Lenalidomide-6-F retains the parent compound’s ability to bind cereblon (CRBN), a substrate receptor of the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. This binding leads to the degradation of specific transcription factors such as IKZF1 and IKZF3, critical in cancer cell survival. Lenalidomide-6-F is useful for probing structure-activity relationships and developing fluorinated PROTACs and targeted protein degradation therapies.
