KRAS inhibitor-10（Cat No.:I044642）is a potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting mutant KRAS-driven cancers, particularly those harboring G12C, G12D, G12A, or G12S mutations. Structurally based on a tetrahydroisoquinoline scaffold, it exhibits strong antiproliferative activity in KRAS-mutant cell lines such as A549, H358, and PANC-1, with IC₅₀ values in the submicromolar range. In xenograft models, oral administration at 20 mg/kg twice daily significantly inhibits tumor growth (~48%) with good tolerability. Its efficacy in both 2D and 3D culture systems makes it a valuable tool for preclinical cancer research targeting KRAS-dependent pathways.
