KL-11743(Cat No.:I045095)is an investigational small-molecule inhibitor targeting maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase (MELK), a serine/threonine kinase implicated in cancer cell proliferation, stemness, and resistance to therapy. By selectively inhibiting MELK, KL-11743 disrupts cell cycle progression and induces apoptosis in tumor cells, particularly in aggressive cancers such as glioblastoma, triple-negative breast cancer, and hematologic malignancies. It holds promise for overcoming treatment resistance and targeting cancer stem cells. KL-11743 is currently under preclinical evaluation and is supplied for research focused on kinase inhibition, tumor biology, and novel anti-cancer strategies.
