Kisspeptin-54 (human) TFA(Cat No.:I045816)is the trifluoroacetate salt form of the 54–amino acid neuropeptide encoded by the KISS1 gene. It acts as the endogenous ligand for the G-protein–coupled receptor GPR54 (KISS1R) and plays a pivotal role in initiating puberty and regulating reproductive hormone secretion through stimulation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis. Kisspeptin-54 also influences placental development, tumor metastasis suppression, and metabolic regulation. The TFA salt enhances peptide stability and usability in research. Kisspeptin-54 (human) TFA is widely studied in reproductive biology, endocrinology, oncology, and fertility-related therapeutic investigations.
