K-975 (Cat No.:I029960)is a potent and selective inhibitor of the transcription factor TEAD, which is a key component of the Hippo signaling pathway involved in cell proliferation, survival, and organ size regulation. By disrupting TEAD’s interaction with its coactivator YAP/TAZ, K-975 effectively suppresses oncogenic transcriptional programs in YAP/TAZ-driven cancers. It exhibits strong activity in preclinical cancer models, particularly in mesothelioma and other solid tumors with Hippo pathway alterations. K-975 is a promising therapeutic candidate for targeting cancers driven by aberrant Hippo-YAP signaling and is used in mechanistic and translational oncology research.
