JNJ-8003(CAT: I040307) is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) polymerase. It functions by blocking nucleotide polymerization during the early stages of RNA transcription and replication, effectively halting viral genome synthesis.
